For the past five years I have provided exemplary leadership as the Senior Director of Marketing & Creative, responsible for the strategy and execution of all fundraising & marketing campaigns, achieving an annual revenue of ~ $16 million through digital, direct mail, events, and major donor giving for our ministries - World Concern, CRISTA Media, CRISTA Ministries; as well as driving marketing leads generation for around 1000 MQLs per fiscal year for B2C ministries - King’s Schools, CRISTA Senior Living, and CRISTA Camps.
As part of the senior leadership team in the Resource Advancement department, I am responsible for managing my team consisting of a Design Director, Marketing Directors, Director of Video & Photo, a team of full-stack web developers, graphic designers, copywriters & content strategists, digital marketing specialist, email & social media managers, and data reporting specialists.
Across my experience, I have developed communications strategies to generate donor acquisition and marketing leads conversion across a diversity of channels, distinct brand identities more strategically aligned with our target audiences, and nurturing strategies that create an ongoing relationship of reporting and gratitude, that communicate the value we have for our partners and clients. I also regularly provide data-driven insights through reporting to our corporate leadership that capture the nuances of donor and customer behaviors.
My experience has honed my ability to be a consummate problem solver, tactful communicator, and strategic thinker that understand the industry trends and can implement wise solutions that generate positive results and optimize what is best in the people I serve and programs I oversee.
